【配送ポリシー / Shipping Policy】

当店の商品はオンデマンドで製造され、製造拠点から発送されます。製造・発送には通常2〜7営業日、配達まで地域により追加の日数がかかります。

Our products are made on demand and shipped from our fulfillment centers. Please allow 2–7 business days for production, plus additional transit time depending on your location.

■ 関税・輸入税 / Duties & Import Taxes
配送先の国によっては、関税・輸入税が適用される場合があります。これらが配達時に請求される場合、その支払いはお客様の負担となります。
Depending on the destination country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. If charged at delivery, these are the customer's responsibility.

■ 住所の正確性 / Correct Address
お客様は、正確かつ完全な配送先住所を提供する責任があります。住所の誤り・不備、または運送業者からの受け取り不能により返送された注文について、当店は商品代金のみを返金し、当初の送料および返送にかかる送料は返金いたしません。再発送をご希望の場合は、新たな送料をご負担いただきます。
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. For orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or failure to receive from the carrier, we refund the product value only, less the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees. Re-shipment requires payment of a new shipping fee.

■ 受取拒否・未受領 / Refused or Unclaimed Parcels
配達時に受け取りを拒否された、または受け取られずに当店へ返送された荷物について、お客様は往復の送料および発生した関税・手数料を負担するものとします。これらの金額は返金額から差し引かれます。
If a parcel is refused at delivery or returned to us unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and any duties or handling fees incurred. These amounts will be deducted from any refund.
