【返品・返金ポリシー / Return & Refund Policy】

当店の商品は、お客様の注文ごとにオンデマンドで製造されるオーダーメイド品です。そのため、お客様都合による返品・交換は原則としてお受けできません。

Our products are made to order on demand for each customer. For this reason, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer preference (e.g. wrong size ordered, change of mind).

■ 不良品・誤配送 / Defective or Incorrect Items
商品に明らかな製造上の欠陥がある場合、または注文と異なる商品が届いた場合は、商品到着後14日以内に、問題箇所の写真を添えてご連絡ください。確認のうえ、無償で再製造・再発送、または返金にて対応いたします。
If your item has a clear manufacturing defect or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. After review, we will reproduce and reship the item free of charge, or issue a refund.

■ 返金の範囲 / Scope of Refunds
返金を行う場合、その対象は商品代金のみとします。当初の送料、返送にかかる送料、および税務当局へ既に納付された関税・付加価値税(VAT)は返金の対象外です。
Where a refund is issued, it covers the product price only. Original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any customs duties or value-added tax (VAT) already remitted to the authorities are non-refundable.

■ 住所不備・受取拒否 / Incorrect Address or Refused Delivery
住所の誤り・不備、受取拒否、または未受領により返送された注文については、配送ポリシーに記載のとおり、往復の送料および発生した手数料をお客様にご負担いただきます。
For orders returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to claim, the customer bears the round-trip shipping costs and any fees incurred, as stated in our Shipping Policy.
